Welcome to Portcullis Services. This Master Terms of Service document forms a binding agreement between Portcullis Services ("The Company", "We", "Us") and any entities, merchants, users, or system groups utilizing our centralized infrastructure network.
Portcullis Services operates an integrated corporate software model providing distributed ledger routing, payment gateway proxy mappings, and custom staff allocation services. Operational nodes authorized under our corporate charter are explicitly limited at launch to:
By executing any payment, logging event, or data handshake across these authorized points, you recognize that the technical shell and infrastructure operations are anchored and protected by Portcullis Services.
Portcullis Services handles central system settlement processing for integrated nodes. Gross balances are filtered, and net allocations are directed to target staff pools or voucher reserves in total lockstep with system configuration metadata. Bank statement line items for all network processing components will display the corporate descriptor prefix PORTCULLIS* accompanied by your specific transactional venue tag.
To defend active staff groups and operations from gateway communication failures or endpoint lockouts, our architecture runs an automated Fallback Standard routing algorithm. If an individual satellite domain hits an unlinked state or connection threshold during processing, transactions route directly to our central Parent Corporate Clearing Account. These resources are placed in escrow and settled through manual back-office reconciliation protocols managed by the parent system administrators.
Users and participating merchants explicitly waive their right to initiate credit card chargebacks, transactional disputes, or banking clawbacks against entries prefixed with the PORTCULLIS* identifier. Portcullis Services vigorously contests any automated banking flags by submitting these formal terms, digital system logs, and cryptographic server receipts to the card networks.
